Anyone else notice that in all of her workouts, she sneakily adds in reps?? She'll be like "10, 9, 8, 7... You're doing amazing, keep up the good work, etc etc" while still doing reps the whole time, then picks up the counting back at *7, 6, 5* lol!

Is this a safe exercise routine for someone on “pelvic rest”? I am high-risk, but I want to strengthen my core and pelvic floor. Or do I need to avoid pelvic floor workouts like this until after birth?

Is it safe to do in all trimesters?
This was one of THE best workouts I've ever done and I've done a LOT. I have never done Barre because I felt not only intimidated but not sure it would make me as sweat as my heavy weight workouts. I can say it absolutely did! I loved it even though I'm not pregnant. I also enjoyed lifting light weights with higher reps. That felt great. Thank you so much. This will be in my regular rotation. Bless you.
